Delivery

Delivery will take place according to the details supplied by the customer. Delivery dates will be :

- 24H (day after before 18.00) if the confirmed order has been received and paid for by 12.00pm
- 48H/72H (two to three days) if the confirmed order has been received and paid for after 12.00pm
- on a specific date; if the customer wants to receive the order on a specific date, the customer should select a date using the calendar on www.pascalstaste.ch web site.

Please note that deliveries will be on week days only (excluding bank holidays)

Pascal's GmbH will not be responsible for any delays or missing deliveries due to any errors in the customer details.

If the customer has not received their order in due time, they must send a claim to Pascal's Gmbh on www.pascalstaste.ch website notifying them of the delay within 24h after the delivery due date.

In case of absence, the customer must go to the post office for collection.

Pascal's GmbH must be informed of any damaged goods within 48h after the delivery date.

The customer will be charged for delivery. Costs of delivery will be based on weight and delivery date requested.
Orders of CHF100 and above will be delivered free of charge. C.f details below :
